Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day management of client campaigns and ensure brand consistency
  • Ability to tell stories through clients’ social media platforms, ultimately helping them meet determined business goals
  • Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
  • Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between KQ team members and clients, and ensure a positive customer service experience
  • Create research-based plans to both grow and maintain followers and engagement through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and others
  • Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and posting platforms such as Hootsuite, Loomly and others
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar, which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in many social media platforms
  • 2 years of social media management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field
  • Professional certification in Google Analytics is strongly preferred
  • Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
