RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee day-to-day management of client social media campaigns and ensure brand consistency
- Ability to tell stories through clients’ social media platforms, ultimately helping them meet determined business goals
- Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology
- Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between KQ team members and clients ensuring a positive customer service experience
- Create research-based plans to grow and maintain followers and engagement through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and others
- Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and posting platforms such as Hootsuite, Loomly and others
- Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar, which includes objectives, strategies and tactics
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and make recommendations as warranted
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in major social media platforms (FB, LI, IG, Twitter, etc)
- 2 years of social media management experience – preferably managing more than one brand/client/project at a time
- Graphic design experience
- Photography and/or videography experience is highly desired
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field
- Professional certification in Google Analytics is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
