Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day management of client campaigns and ensure brand consistency
- Ability to tell stories through clients’ social media platforms, ultimately helping them meet determined business goals
- Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
- Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between KQ team members and clients, and ensure a positive customer service experience
- Create research-based plans to both grow and maintain followers and engagement through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and others
- Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and posting platforms such as Hootsuite, Loomly and others
- Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar, which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives
Qualifications
- Proficiency in many social media platforms
- 2 years of social media management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field
- Professional certification in Google Analytics is strongly preferred
- Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
