SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee day-to-day management of client social media campaigns and ensure brand consistency
  • Ability to tell stories through clients’ social media platforms, ultimately helping them meet determined business goals
  • Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology
  • Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between KQ team members and clients ensuring a positive customer service experience
  • Create research-based plans to grow and maintain followers and engagement through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and others
  • Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and posting platforms such as Hootsuite, Loomly and others
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar, which includes objectives, strategies and tactics
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends and make recommendations as warranted

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in major social media platforms (FB, LI, IG, Twitter, etc)
  • 2 years of social media management experience – preferably managing more than one brand/client/project at a time
  • Graphic design experience
  • Photography and/or videography experience is highly desired
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field
  • Professional certification in Google Analytics is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
